SERVICE FEE:
The Client shall be billed a fixed amount (based on choice of coaching package) for all Services rendered, payable every first week of the month via Bank transfer (standing order).
SCHEDULE OF WORK:
The Client agrees to attend a minimum of 16 weeks of online coaching with RalphifyFitness.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Client agrees to notify the Coach at least 4 weeks in advance from due payment if decided to cancel monthly subscription.
INDEMNIFICATION:
The Client understands the full risks of participating in such coaching sessions and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach, its employees, staff, and associates against any claims, loss, injuries, or death that may occur to the Client during his coaching sessions.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
Both parties acknowledge the confidentiality of this Contract and shall not distribute any information relating to document to any third parties.
